JRJ Technology specializes in providing PCBA turnkey solutions and Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS). The company is equipped with 12 SMT lines, 12 DIP lines, and 6 product assembly lines. The SMT lines could achieve a production capacity of 390 million points per month, and the DIP assembly lines could deploy 37 million electronic components per month.

Q: What do I need to offer for quotation and production?

A: We would need the PCB Gerber file and BOM list, other technical requirements (material, surface finish treatment, copper thickness, board thickness, etc), and testing requirements.

Q: Are my PCB files and BOM safe when I submit them to you for manufacturing?

A: All documents from customers will never be shared with any third parties. We respect and protect the intellectual property of our customers throughout our cooperation. We could also sign an NDA for precautions.

Q: What is your SMT production capacity?

A: We could reach 15 Million SMD points/ day. About 390 Million Points (26 Days)

Q: What is the minimum size of components that your SMT equipment can handle?

A: Our equipment can handle the size of 01005-inch components. 
Minimum width of 50*50mm, minimum thickness of 0.4mm for PCB.
The SMD accuracy is ±0.0025mm.

Q: What is the MOQ?

A: We believe in growing orders and sales with our customers hence there is no specific MOQ.

Q: What kinds of turnkey services do you offer?

A: We are flexible with our services which we accept Processing on Order, or Contract for Labor and Materials. We do provide one-stop solutions including PCBA Design, material procurement, SMT processing, PCBA prototype, etc.
